The download button opens the channel

Download App opens the Hero11 channel. That address is not a file stored on this page.

The 2026-10-21 site config still names two Android files, and the button does not open them. It does not say which visit should use which file. It has no version name, version code, or byte count, and no third package. hero11 pro is not a separate file.

The shell still says “Install the Hero11 App”, “Access Hero11 on iOS & Android”, and “Download Now”. Those lines mention iOS, and the config has no App Store link. An already installed app can open with hero11://. More file notes are on hero11 apk.

Install the file the phone saved

An iPhone tap opens the same channel. There is no App Store link. After the app opens, the scheme is hero11://, then Explore, Fantasy, Games, and Casino. Longer notes are on hero11 apk download.

Open one of the four tabs

The v2 shell used four top tabs: Explore, Fantasy, Games, and Casino. An older baseinfo list still names Explore, Casino, Fantasy, Rummy, and Sports. Use the four v2 names for the current shell. The bottom bar is separate: Refer & Earn goes to /affiliate, the ₹30L Race goes to /race-leaderboard, and Promo goes to /promotions.

Explore holds the home modules. On 2026-10-21 they were, in order, the slogan India’s Fantasy Sports Super App, a VIP entry whose platform and fantasy visibility flags were both 0, then covers for Fantasy and Games. Several return slots were empty. Originals reported a game count of 8 and only a preview. Hot Picks reported 51 and only a preview. Live-win nicknames and amounts change on each load and were left out.

Fantasy is the match list. Games is the catalog, including Free To Play. Casino is where the race status says a bet link can send you. Rummy is still a public recommend call even though it is not one of the four v2 tabs.

Read the match row before you enter

A fantasy row has a series name, a home squad, an away squad, a venue, a start time in UTC, a prizePoolSize, and a contests array. The contest count on this site is the length of that array, not seats left. Entry fees, odds, and spots remaining were on the feed and were not copied. A missing fee is not a free contest.

sportType 1 is cricket, 2 is football, and 3 is kabaddi. On 2026-10-21, recommendType 1, 2, and 3 returned the same lists: 20 cricket, 11 football, and 0 kabaddi. sportType 4, 5, and 6 answered “sportType must be between 1 and 6”.

The three cards at the top are the largest cricket pools from that hour. They will not stay at those numbers. When you open Fantasy, read the pool and the start time on the row in front of you. Rows whose pool was 0 are on hero11 cricket and hero11 fantasy.

Start from the 21 October cricket list

Twenty cricket matches came back. Fifteen of them had prizePoolSize 0. Five had a pool and a single contest row. Those five are the ones to read first if you want a sample of how a non-zero row looks. Papua New Guinea vs Jersey and a few other rows had only one logo file in the source table, so their crests are not forced onto this page.

The India match is the India in New Zealand T20I series. Afghanistan vs Bangladesh is the ODI tri-series in the United Arab Emirates. Sri Lanka vs England is the ODI tri-series in Pakistan. The women’s match is New Zealand Women in Australia. Sonseca Sultans vs Getafe Tigers is an ECS Spain, Madrid Encore row, and an earlier row of the same two sides that day had a pool of 0. Kabaddi, sportType 3, returned an empty list the same hour. Do not fill that empty list with a guessed fixture.

Check the football list the same way

Eleven football matches came back with the cricket list. Six of them were UEFA Champions League rows with a pool and one contest row. Five later league rows, including Premier League and La Liga and Bundesliga, had prizePoolSize 0. Crests below are the ones saved with those rows.

The share card on the affiliate config points at /fantasy and talks about a ₹1 entry for a Mega Contest and ₹50 Lakh+ in prizes. That card is a share text. It is not a rewrite of the prizePoolSize column above. Keep the card and the match pools as two different readings. The English and Hindi lines are in the referral section.

Count the Free To Play names

The Games layout had one module, titled Free To Play, on container id 4. The module’s own game_count field said 5. The list that actually came back had three KOOLBET games. The other two names were not in the response, so they are not printed here.

RTP is the catalog field on that row, not a promise about your next round. A separate JILI title, Ludo Quick, also exists in Table Games at RTP 97.00. It was not one of the three names in the Free To Play list. If you came for the named free-to-play set, stop at these three. The wider hall is the next section.

Browse the 1,122 games by provider

The casino catalog has 1,122 unique games. Eighteen provider counts add up to that same 1,122. Category membership overlaps, so Slots 761, Live Casino 196, Mini Game 98, For You 41, Table Games 32, Fishing 27, Recommend 25, and Originals 8 can sum past 1,122. SPRIBE is named on the Table provider list and has no count of its own.

Copy the ₹1 card, then read the other referral lines

The agent config at /user/agent/v1/config was enabled, with milestones enabled, WhatsApp as the default share channel, and a cap of 20 events per user. Its English share name is “Join From Just ₹1”. The English title is “₹1 Entry. ₹50 Lakh+ in Prizes!” The English copy is “For just ₹1 and compete for ₹50 Lakh+ prizes!” The Hindi title is “₹1 एंट्री। ₹50 Lakh+ के इनाम!” The Hindi copy is “सिर्फ ₹1 में खेलें और ₹50 Lakh+ के इनाम जीतने की कोशिश करें!” The redirect path on that card is /fantasy.

Inviter lines on that same config: a friend signs up for ₹30, a friend’s first deposit pays ₹80, and a friend’s bets pay 0.8% of effective wagers. Invitee lines: ₹1 Entry for any Mega Contest, 1 Free Entry until the first Mega Contest win, and Claim 501 Play Coins to win ₹501 cash, three times. Commission splits are named in Chinese on the config. The default plan is 100/0. The 80/20 plan and the 50/50 plan are the other two. Default means 100/0, not an average of the three.

The shell copy pack is a second text, and it does not match those rupees. It says each referral can earn up to ₹4,850 plus up to 10% turnover commission on the deposit. It says you get ₹100 cash when that person’s deposit reaches ₹100 and effective turnover reaches ₹1,000. It says the invited person can receive up to ₹650, and the share line is “Your ₹650 reward awaits.” Leave both sets side by side. Do not add ₹30 to ₹4,850 or replace 0.8% with 10%. The long form, including both wordings, is on Rules.

Match one deposit to one gift row

Two public gift payloads disagree, and they should stay apart. The welcome list has 12 gifts. Names repeat. Reward types come from the page pack: 1 recharge, 2 Bonus, 3 Gullak, 4 item. Ratios were stored as the API sent them and were not rewritten into a percent sign.

Welcome Bonus Lv.1, id 10000, is Bonus plus Gullak plus an item, in INR. Its first tier runs from a deposit of 100 to 200. bonus_award_ratio is 17 and the bonus upper is 17. The bonus fluctuation fields are 21 and 21. Gullak ratio is 12 and the gullak upper is 12, with fluctuation 30 and 30. Rollover is 3. The item is Fantasy Voucher ×1. Id 10001, also called Welcome Bonus Lv.2, starts at a deposit of 500 with bonus_award_ratio 15.4. Id 10002, Welcome Bonus Lv.3, starts at 1,000 with bonus_award_ratio 15.1. Twelve gifts means more rows than these three. Every welcome tier is on Bonus.

The unlogged package is a different endpoint, /user/reward/v1/unlogged-gift-package-info. It uses minDepositAmount, giftPercentage, and bonusPercentage. Id 10000 there is a minimum deposit of 100, giftPercentage 201, and bonusPercentage 211. That is not the welcome-list ratio 17. Countdown fields were skipped because they move. Read one row for the deposit you are about to make. Do not average 17 with 201.

A third call, /activity/gift/v1/list, returned an empty gifts array. Empty means that call had no rows. It does not cancel the welcome list or the unlogged package.

Ignore a Pro price this config does not list

hero11 pro on this site means the same Hero11 app and the same two Android files. The site config has no Pro fee, no Pro period, and no third APK. If a checkout asks you to pay for a Hero11 Pro unlock, that price is not in the 21 October capture. The page that says this at more length is hero11 pro.

What the hall does publish is a 15-level VIP table. rummy_rate, fantasy_rate, and sports_rate are 0 on every level. water_multiple is 1. guaranteed_days and guaranteed_amount are 0. casino_rate is the raw field, from 3 at level 1 to 10 at level 15, and it was not rewritten as a percent. Level 1 needs 1,000 points, pays an upgrade of ₹10, and lists 1 free withdrawal with a quota field of 1,000,000. Level 15 needs 500,000,000 points, pays an upgrade of ₹20,001, and lists 3 free withdrawals with a quota field of 5,000,000. The steps between those two rows are on Features.

Gullak uses a different rate field, vip_rate: 0.02 for VIP1–5, 0.03 for VIP6–10, and 0.05 for VIP11–15. special_vip_rate is 1. special_vaild_flow is 100, spelled the way the API spells it. The Gullak home call returned 401, so there is no home-screen balance to quote. Shell FAQ copy says total bets over ₹1,000 enroll you, that missing privileges are tied to VIP 10, and that members above VIP 14 can ask about an exclusive domain. Daily bonus amounts exist in two strings, answer5 and goplayanswer5, with different rupee floors from VIP6 upward. Both ladders are written on Rules. Do not pick the lower one and drop the higher one.

Read the race table, not a live rank

The activity center listed five promotions. VIP runs /vip from 2025-11-30 18:30 UTC to 2027-12-30 18:30 UTC. Free Coins Cash Race runs /profit-leaderboard from 2026-10-18 18:30 UTC to 2027-10-19 18:29 UTC. Refer & Earn uses /affiliate across the same long window as VIP. The ₹30L Race uses /race-leaderboard from 2026-08-14 18:30 UTC to 2030-09-29 18:30 UTC. Provably Fair, activity id 10021, had an empty page link and a window from 2026-07-15 18:30 UTC to 2027-08-30 18:30 UTC. A separate competition call had has_active false, an empty board, and a pool endpoint that returned 401.

The ₹30L rule payload is a Betting Leaderboard. Term 91. leaderboard_day 20261021. Currency INR. The cycle that was current in the capture ran from 2026-10-20 18:30 UTC to a settle time of 2026-10-21 18:30 UTC. pool_rules has one row, from 0 to 999999999999, and ratio_bp on that row is 0.01. That field is left as 0.01, not turned into a percent. leaderboard_size is 5000. activity_status was 1. today_has_realtime_data was true. The user leaderboard itself was not fetched, so there is no rank list and no player name here. The bet link on the status call points at /casino.

Payout fields for the first ranks, as payout_ratio_bp and the range total: rank 1 is 25 and 750,000. Rank 2 is 12 and 360,000. Rank 3 is 8 and 240,000. Rank 4 is 6 and 180,000. Rank 5 is 5 and 150,000. Ranks 6 through 10 continue down to a range total of 30,000. From rank 21 the range total is shared across a band. The full band table is on Rules. A countdown was on the live page and was not frozen.

Open the two rummy tables that were public

The rummy recommend call returned an empty title and an empty banner, then two cash tables. online_user was 0 on both at that moment. That zero is the reading, not a claim that the tables stay empty. Play URLs were not requested.

Points is the six-seat table with base_ante 0.1 and entry_min 8. 2Deals is the two-seat table with base_ante 5, entry_min 10, and game_count 2. match_name and total_reward were empty. Wallet marks you can see without a login are INR as ₹, USDT as ₮, and BRL as R$. Exchange rates and the chain list returned 401, so no conversion rate is printed.

Use the social accounts from the config

The site config lists Telegram at t.me/Hero11Official, a WhatsApp channel, Discord at discord.gg/R9vqmkvKFr, Facebook at facebook.com/hero11official, YouTube at @Hero11official, and Instagram at hero11official. The Twitter field was an empty string, so there is no Twitter button. No support email was in that payload. In-app account screens that require a login were not opened.
